Rental Property #1 is Just Heaven! Perdido Key beaches have been rated among the Top 5 island beaches by Conde Nast Traveler. The Gulf Islands National Seashore is only minutes away which houses 5 miles of protected dunes and an array of wildlife.
The Key is surrounded by water with the Gulf of Mexico, Old River and the Intercoastal Waterway. The beaches are like white sugar and the waters are Emerald Green. Located nearby are several golf courses. Close to NAS Pensacola's Naval Museum, home of the famous Flying Bue Angels. The museum and air show practices are free and spectacular to see. Many restuarants of Florida's best seafood at affordable prices are located on the island as well as shopping and water sports activities.
We are close to both the OrangeBeach/Gulf Shores, Al area, as well as Pensacola for a variety of shopping, dining, water sports and amusement parks.

This oceanfront two bedroom, two bath condo has been professionally furnished and has been treated with lots of TLC. It is in pristine condition. The kitchen features granite countertops and is fully functional. There is upgraded tile thoughout. There is a large jacuzzi, large shower, and 2 sinks in master bedroom suite with large walk-in closet. Master has sitting area with wall of windows on oceanfront and entry to large balcony with table and chairs for six. Beach chairs, beach towels, and beach toys are provided for use during stay.

Rental Property #2 is A Little Bit Of Heaven. We are on the beautiful barrier island of Perdido Key completely surrounded by water. The sands are white and the water is part of the Emerald coastline. We are nearly adjacent to the National Seashore while two other state parks are within 5-8 miles. If you like to fish or boat, you have either the gulf side or the bayside of Perdido Key to choose from. The island is accessed by two bridges. The west end bridge comes from Orange Beach/Gulf Shores, Alabama and crosses Perdido Bay while the east bridge comes from Pensacola, Florida.
Pensacola is easily accessed and is about 10-15 miles. The Naval Air Station is just 15 minutes from us and is the home of the Flying Blue Angels. The Blue Angel air shows and the Naval Museum are free to the public and quite spectacular. Many restaurants, shopping, dining, golf, and recreational water sports are available either on the island or within 10 miles either east or west over the bridges.
Grand Carribean East offers easy access to the Gulf of Mexico and is nearly adjacent to Johnson Beach which is part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore. The property features a freshwater lake with a gazebo, swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, barbecue grill, and picnic areas. Our unit, 315 E, is on the third floor of a four floor building with an elevator. There is a spectacular view of the gulf from our private balcony.
The unit is fully furnished with linens for bath, bedrooms, and kitchen. The kitchen has just been refurbished with new appliances, granite countertops, and cabinets. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. Our unit sleeps eight including a Kingsize in the master, Queensize in the guest bedroom, two captain bunks in the hallway and a queensize seep sofa in the living area. You are also provided with beach towels and beach chairs during your stay.
